Your spinal column houses the spinal cord through which nerve information is transmitted from the brain to the rest of the body. When the spinal column is correctly aligned, nerve information is passed accurately. If there is a disruption and any part of your spine becomes misaligned, then nerve function may become impaired.
There are many reasons why a joint may become misaligned, most common are incorrect lifting, sporting or motor accidents, falls, stress, posture and some lifestyle habits. These can lead to pain, discomfort, or movement restriction.
Spinal manipulation can play an important role in relieving mechanical disorders and pain or discomfort associated with accidents, stress, lack of exercise, posture issues and everyday wear and tear.
